No. Open this website, create an account and sign in. It works in any modern browser on a PC, laptop or tablet.
Yes. Tracksee Online keeps stock, sales and cash registers separate for each branch, lets you transfer stock between them, and shows reports for one branch or all of them. How many branches you can add depends on your plan.
Every new business gets a free trial for its first 30 days, with no payment needed. After that, choose a plan to keep using it. Your data is kept safe while you decide.
By bank transfer. Apply for a plan in Settings → Billing, transfer the plan price to our account, and send us the receipt on WhatsApp or email. We switch your plan on as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you get a notification in the app.
The app asks you to choose a plan before you can keep selling. Nothing is deleted: apply for a plan, send us the transfer receipt, and you carry on exactly where you left off.
Yes. Apply for a different plan from Settings → Billing at any time, and we'll switch it over once the payment is sorted.
Yes. Download it, install it and use every feature free for 14 days. No card or sign-up with us needed.
Tracksee asks for a licence key. Your data is safe and stays on your computer. As soon as you activate, you carry on exactly where you left off.
Yes. Windows shows this for new programs it hasn't seen many times yet. Click More info, then Run anyway. The install guide has screenshots of each step.
No. A licence is locked to the computer whose Device ID you send us. Each computer needs its own licence.
Any USB or wireless barcode scanner that types like a keyboard (almost all of them), and any receipt printer your computer can print to. This goes for both versions.
