Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Tracksee for using the website www.trackc.site, Tracksee Online (the web app) and the Tracksee desktop app. By creating an account, downloading the app or using the service, you agree to them.

Terms of ServicePrivacy Policy

1. About these terms

Tracksee is operated by Fahath Richvi in Sri Lanka (“Tracksee”, “we”, “us”). If you use Tracksee on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that business. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. The service

  • Tracksee Online is a cloud point of sale and inventory system used in a web browser, sold as a subscription.
  • Tracksee for Windows is a desktop app that runs on your own computer without the internet, sold as a one-time licence per computer.

We may improve, change or remove features over time. We will not remove core features you are paying for without reasonable notice.

3. Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account and the staff accounts you create, so give staff only the access they need.
  • Tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without permission.

4. Free trial

New Tracksee Online businesses get a free trial. Its length is shown when you sign up and in the app. When the trial ends, you need an active paid plan to keep using the app. Your data is kept for a reasonable period so you can continue once you subscribe. The desktop app has its own free trial, shown in the app.

5. Plans and payment (Tracksee Online)

  • Plan prices and what each plan includes are shown on our website and in the app.
  • To subscribe or change plan, apply from Settings → Billing, pay by bank transfer, and send us the receipt. We activate your plan once the payment is confirmed, for the period you paid for.
  • Plans do not renew automatically. Before your paid period ends, apply and pay again to continue. If a period ends without payment, access is paused until you renew; your data is not deleted straight away.
  • Prices may change. A new price applies from your next payment, never to a period you have already paid for.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable once a plan is activated, except where required by law. If something went wrong, contact us and we will review your request fairly.

6. Desktop licence

  • A licence is a one-time payment for one computer, tied to the Device ID you send us. It is not transferable to another computer or person without our agreement.
  • The licence includes free updates to the desktop app for as long as we publish them.
  • You must not copy, share, resell, reverse engineer or try to bypass the licence check of the software, except where the law allows it.
  • Your desktop data is stored on your computer. You are responsible for backing it up.

7. Your data

You own the business data you put into Tracksee. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for the data you enter, including your customers' personal data, and for having the right to use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use Tracksee for anything illegal, including fraud, tax evasion or selling prohibited goods;
  • try to access other businesses' data, or test, attack or overload our systems;
  • upload malware or content that infringes others' rights;
  • resell or rent access to Tracksee Online without our written agreement.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep Tracksee Online available and reliable, but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, internet problems or third-party outages can cause downtime. Support is provided by WhatsApp, phone and email at the contacts below.

10. Responsibility for your records

Tracksee is a tool to help you run your shop. You remain responsible for your prices, taxes, accounts and legal obligations, and for checking that the figures and reports you rely on are correct.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tracksee is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Suspension and ending

You can stop using Tracksee at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts our service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem or export your data.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Tracksee after that means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute. Please contact us first; most problems can be solved quickly.
